Awaken your connection to the earthly realm. This grounding body scan guided meditation will connect you with the here and now. We will connect online and I will set the sacred space. There will be time at the end to discuss anything that shows up for us. The energetic exchange is $15 and can be sent via Venmo. Once payment is received I will send the zoom link.
