My Story
I have always been a very spiritual person; I believe that the universe has a way of guiding us through life. I was blessed with the gift of being able to connect with the outside world, and love having the opportunity to connect my clients with their own universal current. My focus is to bring forth awareness and healing through love, and to teach others how to open up their own potential.
I am an experienced Reiki Master Teacher in two lineages, an EFT/TFT Tapping Practitioner, and Guided Meditation Practitioner. I also hold space as a Companion Healer and find that a combination of these modalities can work absolute wonders in people's lives. Through my practice, I strive to align clients and promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.

My Approach
I was blessed with the healing energies to positively impact the health of my clients and improve their lives through alternative treatments. I am a dedicated Reiki Master Teacher but I often use or recommend other alternative methods for ongoing treatment. My ultimate goal is to heal, but also to teach my clients tools to use for growth and healing independently. I take great joy in co-creating to raise energy vibrations.
Through a variety of alternative treatments and approaches, I unlock the potential of self-healing in each client. Oftentimes, after just one session, clients feel lighter, elevated and more aware.
