Service Description
Mondays are a lot. Consider this your weekly place to put some of it down. We’ll breathe, ground, slow things down and make a little space to get out of our damn heads. Each week brings a different Reset—Ground, Let Go, Restore or Recenter—with guided meditation, simple practices, Reiki and rest. No experience needed. No homework. No need to show up already calm. Come as you are. That’s kind of the point.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be transferred as a credit toward another eligible Sevens Flow booking. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If Sevens Flow cancels, you'll receive a full refund or credit. If illness or something unexpected comes up, please reach out to me directly.
