Service Description
Life is a lot. Sometimes you just need somewhere to put it down for an hour. You’ll get comfortable on the table and snuggle under a blanket. There’s nothing you need to do. No talking required. No trying to clear your mind. No participation points. While you rest, I’ll guide the session using gentle Reiki energy work, either with light touch or with my hands just above your body—whatever feels most comfortable to you. This hour is intentionally quiet and unhurried. A chance to let your body soften, your mind settle, and everything you’ve been carrying wait somewhere else for a little while. When the session is finished, we’ll take a few minutes to come back slowly and talk about anything you noticed or anything you’d like to share. You don’t need to understand Reiki, believe anything specific, or be good at relaxing. You just need an hour where nobody asks anything of you.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be transferred as a credit toward another eligible Sevens Flow booking. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If Sevens Flow cancels, you'll receive a full refund or credit. If illness or something unexpected comes up, please reach out to me directly.
