Release and Reset
Put some shit down. Make a little room for yourself.
Service Description
Sometimes you're carrying something long after it stopped being useful. We'll breathe, reflect, move through a simple release ritual, receive Reiki and give you plenty of time to rest. No pressure to share. No giant breakthrough required. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
