Service Description
Sometimes “calm down” just isn't cutting it. We'll move, play and practice simple ways to notice big feelings, name what's happening and choose what to do next. No perfect behavior required. Feelings are welcome here. Wiggly humans are too.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be transferred as a credit toward another eligible Sevens Flow booking. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If Sevens Flow cancels, you'll receive a full refund or credit. If illness or something unexpected comes up, please reach out to me directly.
