Service Description
Being confident doesn't mean you're never nervous, worried or unsure. We'll move, play and practice simple ways to calm busy bodies, try hard things and remember just how capable we already are. No need to be fearless. Sometimes brave just means giving it a try.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be transferred as a credit toward another eligible Sevens Flow booking. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If Sevens Flow cancels, you'll receive a full refund or credit. If illness or something unexpected comes up, please reach out to me directly.
