at The Energy House
Sit With Me
Sometimes you need quiet. Sometimes you need a reset. Sometimes you just need an hour, all for yourself.
An hour no one needs you.
Reiki+Restore
Rest. Receive. Just be.
Sometimes you don't need to figure anything out.
Reiki + Restore is your hour to slow down, get comfortable and simply receive. Settle in, breathe and give yourself permission to rest.
No experience needed. No pressure to feel anything specific. And absolutely nothing you need to accomplish while you're here.
60 min - $70
Energy+Chakra Reset
Notice. Balance.
Reconnect.
Sometimes rest isn't quite enough. Something feels off, and you want a little help figuring out what.
This session blends chakra-focused energy work with intuitive reflection to help you clear some of the noise, notice what you're carrying and reconnect with yourself.
No chakra knowledge required. Just bring yourself. We'll start there.
60 min - $85
